Mission Statement

Young Credit Union Professionals was founded to encourage the voices of young professionals within the credit union movement.  Our mission is to recruit, develop and retain, young talented professionals within the industry by engaging them in education, advocacy and growth opportunities.  We are individuals committed to improving our communities, our credit unions and ourselves by embracing the credit union philosophy of “people helping people”.

YCUP networking events are slightly different then your typical networking groups. YCUP members are more interested in building long term relationships then just meeting new people. For this reason you won't find a bunch of suits and business cards when you attend a YCUP event. Instead you will find a group of welcoming professionals having a great time while building relationships.
